We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will be responsible for identifying business requirements, analysing data, and proposing solutions to improve business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders 

- Conduct thorough analysis of data and business processes 

- Document and validate requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements 

- Develop use cases, process flows, and other supporting documentation 

- Identify potential solutions and provide recommendations to stakeholders 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met 

- Create and maintain project plans and timelines 

- Be a subject matter expert, providing input into new business initiatives 

- Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular project status updates 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools 

- Understanding of software development lifecycles and various development methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum 

- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software 

-  Must have an active Baseline clearance. 

- Due to the nature of the role, all work must be completed on the customers site.
